ACEC President Invited as Panel Expert at European Commission Conference

ACEC president L’ubomíra Slušná-Franz was invited as a panel expert to speak as a professional practitioner at the 2013 European Commission Conference. This conference was organized by the European Commission along with the Slovak Governmental Plenipotentiary Office for the Roma Community.

Ms. Slušná - Franz presented the Healthy Communities program for Roma settlements, ACEC’s preparation and anticipation of the Nationwide Program for coordinators and healthcare assistants, and Platform activities in Slovakia. She also presented the international consortium, Together for Better Health, a project being run in Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria. Ms. Slušná -Franz shared her NGO perspective and experiences in a well-received presentation.
